When I shut down The Pod Factory and sold off parts of it, I thought I was done with agency life. I leaned into coaching, systems, and strategy—and loved every second. But deep down? I missed the doing. I missed the teamwork. I missed waking up and feeling like that girl—the one running things behind the scenes.
So here we are. I’m starting an agency again.
But this time, I’m building it in public. No silent prepping. No polished launch. Just me, you, and the raw process of figuring it out step by step.
This new agency? It’s for influencers of color who are tired of doing all the content creation without seeing the consistent income and brand deals they deserve. I want to help them use the data (the gentle kind) to prove their impact and unlock new income streams through email, click tracking, and more.
It’s not going to be perfect. It might not even be pretty. But it will be real.
