Here’s the key: I left the door open. I gave my clients the chance to move forward with me in my new business model. Most of them said yes. Why? Because they trusted me. They already knew my work. This allowed me to keep my income while restructuring my services.

Every agency needs a niche. Not 12 offers. Not everything you can do. You need 1-3 services that you do really well, are in demand, and can be taught to others.

Enter: the fear inventory. This exercise helped me unpack the real reason I was hesitant to grow—financial insecurity rooted in childhood trauma. Once I understood that, I was able to separate my emotional fears from my business decisions.
